June 4th: Weekly Design Links

I’ve been starting these posts with quotes for a long time now. I usually start with a subject and dig into the web and try and find something that does a better job of explaining how I feel on a given subject. It adds some credibility to the post if I’m able to quote someone smart and awesome (like John Cleese). Some days this process is quick and takes less than 10 minutes–other times it’s a battle and I’m digging for an hour to find something good. Is it even necessary? Probably not, but like many things, once you start down a path you tend to keep going that way. No one has ever told me that they hate the quotes, but I don’t have any real data saying that they make this better in any substantial way. I’ll probably continue with this format for a while, but I know the whole post is due for an overhaul. If you have ideas, make a comment and thanks for clicking.
