Do you ever get the feeling that there are too many things happening and that you are too distracted, busy or too overwhelmed to even start to sort it all out? It’s been like that for me since 2019 began. So many moving parts, so much change and life doesn’t seem to be slowing down for me to catch my breath. Maybe it’s just Winter and Spring–change is in the air. It could all be my imagination, or worse, something I’ve brought on myself. Whichever way, this needs to stop.
